Wow, some people are really fucking stupid. As if voting in Australian Idol wasn't stupid enough. Now I'm a Queenslander, and I know that some of the people up here are a little slow, but surely we all realise by know that we're out of synch with the rest of Australia. While all the southerners and their trees are enjoying the extra hour of daylight, faded curtains, etc. us Queenslanders are secure in our 1940's moral standards. Surely we all know that when Daylight savings goes into effect, the rest of the Eastern Australia goes an hour ahead of us...

The arguement that the Queensland people could have saved him is crap as well, since I'm sure that 'extra' hour would have been used by other Idol's fans as well. Or were they expecting and exclusive hour just so they could vote for their guy.

Just for the record - good riddance Dan, your lifeless warbling brought many a tear to my eye, and not in a good way. Now if only they'd vote out that punk fuckwit as well.....
