I recently had a comment posted on this blog, proposing that the world was going to end on March 29, 2005, when several planets, including Jupiter align, and will (obviously) tear the sun into millions of pieces.

OH MY GOD!!!! exclaimed the writer! Looks like your God has abandoned you if this is the case. I'm no physics expert, but it would seem to me that this kind of alignment would have happen 100's if not 1000's of times before in the past, yet somehow we're still here. Sol has mysteriously remained in it's intact form.

Anyway, if the world is to end, I look forward to recanting on my deathbed, just like the rest of you sinners out there.
