Apparently there are people out there who bother to read this site, and better yet comment.

Most comment's I've recieved have been positive regarding the views I've pointed out on the site, but last night I finally recieved a negative one!

Some guy, who choses to remain anonymous called me an idiot (which I don't refute) for daring suggest that we should live somewhere like Nazi Germany! Mein Gott!

He took issue with an article I wrote regarding the loss of privacy, and what we as individuals may gain from it. Somewhere along the way, he found this to be some sort of attack on his rights, in particular, his right to free speech.

He mentioned that due to the freedom of speech, as declared in his countries Constitution, he has the right to say FUCK YOU. He sure does, even in my country (Nazi Australia). I think he thought that I may have some issue with freedom of speech, which for the record I'm all for.

He did however, generate some interesting thought on the issue. Does the idea of freedom of speech really give you the right to say Fuck You? Does freedom of speech give you the right to intimidate someone via words? I think you'll find that's not the case.

As with most things, freedom of speech is only relevant after common sense has been applied.
